4. You and your J2 dependents (if applicable are required to be enrolled in a Medical Insurance Plan during entire duration of your program. As part of your renewal process each year, you will be required to provide proof of insurance coverage. Failure to maintain insurance coverage during your program will result in your inability to participate in your J-1 program. Please confirm you have coverage through:*

Per U.S. Department of State requirements, your insurance must offer benefits of $100,000 per injury/illness and the deductible not to exceed $500 per injury/illness. Please check to make sure that your insurance meets these requirements. Failure to maintain insurance that meets these requirements, will result in your inability to continue participating in your program.
